MANILA KINGPIN

Blueberry 1980, Ilayas Finest the successful "Manila KingPin" - originally a family of negros who were mainly in for crimes, such as bank robberies, robberies - and all those other highly classed crimes, however one day a young wealthy man named "Philip Mores" learnt about it, and thought the idea was great, a couple of weeks later he found a group of negros hanging around the streets who were also interested in forming a high class suppliance family, so they began to work. I had seized the opportunity to implement multiple factors that would in-turn benefit the family for example creating a distinct and aesthetically pleasing Headquarters and created the name Manila KingPin. My actions seemed to coincide with increased interest from opposing families and sections of society.

The family had gained some renown upon society although was still in its developing stages, thus leading to further interest from legal sectors. I appointed a unit familiar with the law to resolve the matter by imposing specific actions, thus preventing any actions against us without a valid justification. I imposed multiple actions to increase the strength of the family, thus allowing for me to be appointed to the position of the leader, leading the party through economic turmoil and social isolation.

So, enough of what it is like now, what WAS it originally like? well, it all began when a wealthy negro named "Jack Frost", he found a group of negros hanging outside of the Blueberry Liquor Store,
Dirk began to have a puff with them, and they seemed to have so much in common, in the way that they enjoy commiting crimes, they all came from the Grove Street - Jefferson region. They all began to plan out something, the first organized crime - a robbery. They planned out a robbery on the Blueberry Liquor Store, to steal bulk of wines, and drugs - they succeeded. In result of all the damage in which took place the shop was forced shut, lucky for the group of negros they used it as a headquarters, who was going to stop them? Shortly after this incident the robbery was all over the news, Former member Jack Frost was caught in the act and convicted for life, thus being never heard of AGAIN. From this I seem to speculate towards my previous life......

September 24, 1984 - I was brought into this world as a young man who seemed to see the sense of prestige in his fathers achievements. At this time we were living at Grove Street - until some bastards decided to burn it down whilst we were sleeping, thus leaving me and my mother isolated with no economic our practical resolution - my father got crushed by the roof that night..... My father died when I was 15, I can hardly remember him but I always treasure the times we would attempt to resolve matters relating to the law. I acknowledge the burden bestowed upon me as of the prestige of my fathers accomplishments.

When I reached 4, I began my first stages of school, I was a very intelligent young man who was ready to learn at any point. My teacher Mr Pope saw my interest in warfare, crime etc and asked "Why are you so interested in all of this?" I simply replied, "My Father".

They all then forced a meeting with each other, on what their criminal agency should be named - two hours into the meeting they decided on a unique name which would be very original, Frost said "Manila KingPin - For those of you who don't know, that is Philippines for The Heros", after Frost finished his sentence they all agreed on the name and thought it was a name which fit them very well - they then began to advertise in the papers "Manila KingPin, recruiting new KingPin!" - At first it recieved several callers, soon after the phone line died - it was almost as if there was not enough negros in LS, so they moved to the town of San Fierro and found several men - thus being interested on enlisting.

Frost had a close contact named "Chad Lee" - he had decided to also enlist as a member, soon after was to be elected as the "KingPin" along with Frost. A group of wealthy businessman came down to Blueberry in attempt to retrieve the Blueberry Liquor Store, known as Manila KingPin HQ - try to rebuild it and put it back in business, Dirk would never let his group of elites get taken over like that, so they fought back and lost the court case, they lost the HQ. The negros were puzzled, not knowing where to step next - they just had their HQ took away, they was worrying what the media would think of them, along with the rest of the street gangs so they took part, Dirk stepped into the store, and demanded the store back - he then went on to say "If you refuse, you will all die" - he then reached to his radio, speaking into it.. "Alright, load your 50' Cals, and be ready on my word" The shop owner heard it, called The Shop security and tried to escort Dirk out, so he got his radio, and shouted "The KingPins!" - Four sniper bullets flew into the shop window, thus killing the management of the shop including the security guard.

The Negros then rushed the bodies to the nearby ocean and dumped them into it - the raiding was never heard of, nor did the Blueberry Community notice. Luckily for this, they retrieved their HQ and was never to be heard of again, well.. for that time. Frost looked back at his past, being a former FBI Agent and LSPD Captain - he thought big of himself and planned a robbery on the governor, 16th November, 2003.
From the plan seen, it was said that he planned half of his crew to rob the bank to distract the main threat - the Officers, whilst him, and Cameron take the governor hostage, they reached his office and managed to get him into the back of their BobCat - the only available car on the streets which was easiest to hotwire, unfortunately as they loaded him into the vehicle one of the Senators took a shot of their USP.45, blasting him in the head - this sent. Frost to the end of his life (( CK )). Cameron quickly threw the Governor out of the BobCat, fortunately escaping thus being hit on his right shoulder which he luckily got through.

Nine years later, Philip Mores - Former SAST Sergeant decided to try and bring back the family and their elite skills, so he decided to do so, although he has planned to expand the business to supply weapons, drugs, and storage for other families which are known to be an illegal organisation, Jimmy got in contact
with Chad Lee, former KingPin and they both agreed to reborn the family, Lee was doubting it at first but then he decided to do it, for Frost.

Cameron was quite puzzled, Philip being white was not the best thing - A white person trying to lead a family of Philippine Heros, would have that really worked? After Jimmy explaining himself, showing his previous leadership experience and explaining he is a distant cousin of Dirk, Cameron came to the conclusion that it would work out, Jimmy is fluent German which also helps by a long shot.

In the recent months, Jimmy has been kick-starting the family by advertising, trying to find valuable members which have elite experience alike Dirk, he is the statue of the family and is always looked upon for his role modelling - he is seen as "Family" - each rank leads up to becoming a KingPin.
Philip is currently working as a respected member of "OD's Shipment & Storage" as a Vice-Director, Philip has been seen as a very useful man who has never had a criminal record, he is the expert when it comes to escaping the Police in difficult scenarios, Well, only a little bit of Info has been shown
on Philip, so here lies his biography..

I still remember exactly what I replied, I replied "Yes, my father is a cop one day I want to be one" - He saw my passion and was very intrigued when he heard my father was a cop - back in the day he was the strongest man in the school - nobody messed with him, this pretty much happened with me as I progressed through my school life, by year 10 I was a very tall, seen to be handsome man who was the wrong person to mess with and am still known for being a really strong man - By completing my GCSE's I had achieved a few GCSE's for Law, Medical History, Maths, and English - at this point I left school and got work experience as a receptionist for the local Police Station - I then applied for the State Troopers - the week after this my father died but I stayed strong and stayed as a member of the Troopers - just for him.


Soon after being employed by the Troopers I saw a vacancy for the Paramedics, I had a real good influence to be part of it as my father was a Lieutenant - Soon after being a Paramedic I realised how hard life must've been for him, saving lives each day, handling people who were incapable of simple tasks, but WE pulled through - I became the Fire Marshal, I was never expecting to become this with such high power - but I pulled it off, I kept to it for a while - saving lives of officers and injured gang members, with the help of my great team, soon after saving all these lives I was really proud for my Deputy, Ralph Lauren - He shown to me a great set of skills and experience, I felt he deserved it a lot more than me, so I stepped down and worked in the State Troopers.

Up to this date, I work as a Vice Director for OD's Shipment & Storage as the Recruitment Manager.
