The Black Hand Triads is an underground chinese society based in Los Santos . Notoriously known for contract killings, human trafficking, gun dealing and extortion. The Black Hand Triads is a ruthless, dangerous gambling organization that has been known to decapitate their rivals and mutilate their corpses if intervening with there illegal activities. Not much information is known of The Black Hand Triads inner circle due to immense code of silences and fear of death if spoken openly about.

The Black Hand Triads, a half criminal-affiliated organization, is today known as a main car theft supplier running through the areas of various states in the San Andreas. Some of these states include Red County, Area 69, San Fierro and Las Venturas. A reigning champ in criminal activity, Los Santos is one of the spots where the society has flourished now a-days in the present. The society's main aspect of business comes down to drug trafficking, extortion, money laundering, gambling, prostitution and other forms of racketeering, throughout locations in the Los Santos area.

The Black Hand Triads was founded in 2004, where its main activity and source of distribution was mainly cited to be in Los Santos, San Andreas. Tobias Ingawa, The Black Hand Triad’s founding Master, had run the operation for at least a good five years now, by his side were the two of his most trust-worthy right hands. The two men names have been released as Hageshi Makazi, and Zao Yhang. Tobias Ingawa had ordered both men that it would be in the society’s best business to begin moving up-state. Both Hageshi and Zao had set-up a series of networks in which they would have corrupt officers and drug officials help them smuggle their product into the United States of San Andreas. The major of it comprised of ****, but heroin and **** were also the topics of controversy among the society. With the overall increase in pressure from the F.B.I. and Chinese Officials down south. It was clear that it would be a much safer and worthwhile decision to move the operations up north. Due to the mass amounts of criminal activity and street gangs in the city, it was easier to push the product through-out the streets while still keeping a low-key profile as to where the drug was obtained, making it literally un-traceable.

As of right now, it is unknown if there are any other inducted associates or members members of The Black Hand Triads, and whether or not there are any. With two names to date, and almost no evidence to work on of the criminal activities of both men and their associates, any build-up of a case or indictment would be scrapped.
